Job Description:
- Receiving and understanding the requisitions with respect to technical and general aspects sent by different clients.
- Carry out the recruitment process using various sources (Company’s own data bank, manpowerindia.com portal, other job portals, job postings, professional networking sites, references, etc.)
- Reviewing the job applications, screening the candidates.
- Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and organisation etc.
- Scheduling telephonic interviews and coordinating the candidates through mail and phone.
- Sending the shortlisted CVs to the clients and following up using trackers
- Scheduling the interview of short listed candidates with the company.
- Follow up on interview status and update candidate on the same.
- Handling all Background Verification process as per guidelines.
- Follow up with clients about job offer for selected candidates
- Track the selected candidates joining and coordinate with our commercial department for invoicing on client
- Follow up client payments
- Maintain up-to-date Data Bank of candidates for various job profiles
Essential Qualities:
- Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the IT industry.
- Must possess computer skills
- Thorough knowledge of accessing data banks and portals
- Good communicator especially on phone with clients and candidates alike

- Good team member
- Open to travelling occasionally to clients
Experience:
- Preferably 2+ years in IT industry recruitment
