Job Description:
- Pro-actively hunt for target organizations in the Automobile industry, i.e. Two-wheelers, Three-wheelers, Cars, SUVs, Commercial Vehicles, Auto ancilliaries.
- Acquiring new clients and handle existing clients in Automobile industry.
- Build referral and lead generation network.
- Preparing written presentations and proposals.
- Making presentations to communicate with potential clients, and perform all sales-related functions
- Communicating with the recruitment team and ensuring that they understand and work as per the client’s requirement.
- Coordinate with the client to close the business
- Regular communication with existing clients
Essential Qualities:
- Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence
- Ability to prepare and make presentations to clients
- Must possess computer skills
- Good command over English and Hindi languages
- Open to travelling outside Delhi NCR for business development
- Should come with experience from Recruitment / Search companies.
Experience:
- Preferably 5+ years in recruitment / search companies. We are open to considering candidates working in Marketing / Sales in Automobile industry who have a flair for networking.
