research and data collections. This Project was successfully run for a period
of one and a half years and projected great results as data collected was used
for sales conversions.
27 MIS executives were taken on the Direct rolls by the company on the
basis of their excellent performance.

MIS Outsourcing has provided more than 260 MIS executives to M&M.
These executives are working in the company from last 2 years in the field of
Sales, Service, Demonstrations and Dealer development. Local candidates were
recruited to take benefit of their knowledge of local language and terrain.
These executives are promoting Mahindra products and are fresh/ experienced -
graduates/ diploma engineers/ engineers. These executives are placed in
different area offices of the company on PAN India.
L&T John Deere Pvt. Ltd.
Provided 16 Sales Promotion executives for sales activities and then after one
year another 60 executives were taken for same profile. Out of the mentioned
60, 10 executives were placed in the plant for production job.
These executives were trained for Sales/ Service/ Sales Promotion/ Production
jobs. All the executives were diploma engineers and were recruited through on
campus interviews by MIS and the company representative jointly.
As per the region wise requirement of the company. All the executives were
recruited locally.
L&T Finance Limited
MIS had Provided 7 executives on contract to the company. These
executives were diploma engineers fresh/ experienced. After completion of one
year of their service with the company all were absorbed on the company roles.
Apart from contract MIS has placed approx. 30 candidates on direct roles of the
company for various profiles and locations.

MIS had placed 27 sales executives on the direct roles of the company for their
numerous locations.

Has recruited more than 60 executives/ managers through MIS. These executives
were taken on direct roles of the company. MIS has managed to place 15-20
candidates in the company in one go.
