MIS offers various value added services which can help both the new trainees
and the job provider in pursuing their larger common goals successfully
These value added services include:-
Orientation Programme for Trainees
The orientation programme for trainees is conducted according to the client's
requirement and expectation and works as per the relationship:
Client-MIS-Candidate. The orientation involves making the trainees familiar
with:
1. Client - MIS - Candidate
2. Systems and procedure of client & MIS.
3. Terms and conditions of the contract
4. Remuneration package, etc.
Identification of the candidate's training needs
Rather than having the job provider spend money unnecessarily on training the
candidate for skills he is already equipped with, MIS helps identify each
candidate's special training needs. These special needs could be in areas of:
1. Self improvement
2. Job related skills
3. Organize small training courses
Quarterly review of candidate's performance
MIS reviews the performance of the contractual/contract-to-hire manpower on a
quarterly basis. This enables both the candidate and the job provider to
appraisal the candidate's performance objectively.
